Clinical Trainings

GPIH offers tailored trainings to clinicians, organization, and corporations.  Both staff and train-the-trainer workshops are available.  When you purchase a training, you will receive the following:

1. Needs analysis conducted prior to course development.  The purpose of the needs analysis is to identify your organization or team needs, their areas of strength, and areas requiring development.

2. A tailored course developed to meet your unique team's strength and needs.  Programs are developed to maximize transferability, that is, optimize training-to-field performance.  This means that your team will leave the training with tools they can apply immediately and set a new standard of care you can observe and often quantify.

3. In-Person or virtual delivery of the course to your team.  The mode of training is based on adult-learning theory.  That means that the delivery is highly interactive, engaging, and utilizes your team's lived and professional experience to promote effective learning.

4. Follow-up on field performance once a month, for three consecutive months post training.  This service ensures:

a. high fidelity of field performance to the training,

b. time and space to answer any questions that may come up once knowledge is applied

Trauma informed care

Grief and loss

Autism Spectrum Disorders

Group therapy - how to facilitate the ultimate group therapy experience
